What counts toward the allowance?
An active, unarchived property counts once against the organisation recorded as its billing sponsor. Property access, contractor access and responsibility do not create another charge.
Changing a responsible party or service contractor does not transfer billing. Sponsorship moves only through an explicit, accepted transfer with available capacity.
If billing ends, existing permanent records remain available read-only; they are not deleted to force renewal.
QR generation and NFC-compatible record URLs are included. Manufacturing or supplying physical tags is not included in the subscription.
