Plan work from recorded requirements
Stormwater operation and maintenance information commonly describes regular inspections, cleaning and device-specific work. Stormwater Passport can translate recorded requirements into occurrences that show what is overdue, due soon or ahead.
The software does not invent the maintenance requirement. Its purpose is to preserve the source, schedule and resulting work record.
Capture the work where it happens
Field users can record an inspection or service visit from the relevant property or tagged asset. Evidence and findings remain associated with that operational event.
- Inspection observations and completion state.
- Service actions performed against the asset.
- Photographic or document evidence where appropriate.
- Defects raised and later repair attempts or resolution.
Preserve completed history
Completed work should remain defensible after staff, contractors or managers change. Finalised records retain attribution and timing, while later amendments or repair activity add to the history rather than quietly rewriting it.
Support reporting without claiming certification
Stormwater Passport can assemble the recorded infrastructure and work history into a report. That report is a record of what the system contains; it is not independent certification of legal compliance.
